1. Delivery & Installation Overview

  • All products are custom-produced after order confirmation and measurement.
  • We do not offer standalone shipping of products to customers for self-installation.
  • Delivery is always bundled with our professional installation service by experienced technicians.
  • Our team arrives at your location with your pre-cut, ready-to-install curtains or blinds, along with all necessary hardware and tools.
  • This ensures hassle-free setup in your home, apartment, villa, office, balcony, spa, cafe, resort, or commercial space.

2. Areas We Serve

  • Primary coverage: All neighborhoods and areas within Dubai (including but not limited to Al Quoz, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, JVC, DAMAC Hills, Al Jafiliya, and more).
  • We have successfully served customers in other emirates (e.g., Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and beyond) based on request—contact us for availability and any additional arrangements.
  • Our goal is to provide top-quality window solutions throughout the UAE where feasible.

3. Timelines

  • Standard lead time: Most orders are delivered and installed within 3–5 working days from the date of final measurement and order confirmation.
  • This includes:
    • Production of custom items
    • Quality checks
    • Scheduling and on-site installation
  • Timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or for complex/large projects (e.g., motorized systems or multiple windows).
  • We will communicate your exact estimated installation date after order placement.

4. Measurement & Site Visit

  • We offer free on-site measurement and consultation for all new clients in Dubai.
  • Our expert visits your location with fabric samples to take precise measurements, discuss options, and provide a transparent quote.
  • No obligation—book your free visit via WhatsApp or phone.

5. Fabric Samples Delivery

  • Fabric swatches and samples are provided free of charge and delivered directly to your address in Dubai (no delivery fees).
  • Request samples anytime to compare colors, textures, and blackout levels before committing to an order.

6. Costs & Charges

  • Delivery and installation are included in your final quoted price (no hidden delivery fees for standard Dubai orders).
  • Installation charges are fair and based on the scope of work (number of windows, complexity, height, motorized features, etc.).
  • For orders outside Dubai (e.g., other emirates), additional logistics fees may apply—quoted transparently in advance.
  • Free site visit and sample delivery apply to Dubai; extended areas may incur nominal travel charges if required.

7. Order Process Flow

  2. Free site visit & measurement (Dubai).
  3. Choose fabrics/styles and confirm order.
  4. Production (custom making).
  5. Scheduled delivery + professional installation on agreed date.

8. Important Notes

  • As products are custom-made to your specifications, changes or cancellations after production begins may not be possible (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
  • We take every care during transport and installation to avoid damage—any rare issues will be resolved immediately on-site.
  • Installation includes proper fitting, hardware mounting, and basic adjustments.
